However, on the other hand if you require renovation services. We have associates that have assembled a team of reliable contractors that can completely refurbish a property to a sufficient standard suitable for renting purposes. They have worked on various portfolios extensively.

Our associates WILL:
- Make the property let-able.
- Do everything – we offer a turn key service. You hand us the key to start the work and we hand it back on or before the day of completion.
- Answer the phone – if you have any queries before, during or after the job one of our people will only be too pleased to answer.
Our associates WILL NOT:
- Charge you any more than the agreed price
- Finish later than the agreed date – the date we set for completion is the date we finish.
- Bother you every other day – Our team are experienced professionals who understand customer service.

So if you see a 3 bed house that has been vandalised and is on the market for £30,000 under market value, you already have a quote - £10,750. We will not ask for any more than the agreed price and pay you £100 for every day we are late.
If you wish to proceed we require the following:
- A 25% deposit of the total cost of refurbishment.
- An honest verbal appraisal of the current condition of the property.
- The key to the front and back door.
No need to deal with builders, plumbers or electricians. All you need to worry about is where to find the next wreck!
